KIDS Future Fund is governed by a dedicated leadership team committed to financial empowerment, nonprofit accountability, and long-term impact for children and families across America.
Oversees financial controls, budget allocation, and fiscal accountability. Ensures donor funds are distributed according to the organization's 50/35/15 allocation model and IRS nonprofit compliance standards.
Manages the account verification process, enrollment administration, and donor communication infrastructure. Responsible for ensuring every verified account receives its funding accurately and on time.
Develops and manages financial literacy programs, family education resources, and the curriculum that runs alongside every child's investment account. Ensures every enrolled family understands what they own and how it grows.
Coordinates priority enrollment for children of disabled veterans and fallen service members. Serves as the primary point of contact for military families and veteran service organizations navigating the program.
Advises on nonprofit regulatory compliance, IRS 501(c)(3) requirements, charitable giving laws, and ethical governance standards. Ensures the organization operates within all applicable legal frameworks.
Leads donor engagement, community partnerships, and public awareness campaigns. Manages social media strategy, press relations, and outreach to underserved communities who benefit most from early investment access.
Maintains official records of all board meetings, resolutions, and organizational decisions. Ensures proper documentation of governance activities, filing of required nonprofit reports, and accuracy of all corporate records.
Holds fiduciary responsibility for all organizational finances. Oversees accounting records, prepares financial statements, manages banking relationships, and ensures the 50/35/15 fund allocation is executed accurately with full board reporting.

KIDS Future Fund operates through four interconnected teams β each with a defined role in ensuring donations reach children, accounts are verified, and families are educated and supported.

Ensures all donated funds are tracked, allocated correctly, and reported with full transparency.
Compliance Framework
We operate within a clear legal and ethical framework designed to protect donors, enrolled families, and the integrity of the organization.
KIDS Future Fund is organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our IRS determination letter is currently pending. Upon approval, all qualifying donations will be fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
All donation processing complies with federal and state charitable giving regulations. Donors receive official receipts for every contribution, including the information required for tax documentation purposes.
Fund allocation is clearly defined and consistently applied. 50% to children's accounts, 35% to the ETF growth fund, 15% to operations and education. All financial activity is subject to board review.
KIDS Future Fund never holds, manages, or controls children's investment accounts. All accounts are owned by families. Our role is exclusively to contribute verified funding β not to manage investments or advise on financial decisions.
