Parent or Legal Guardian
You must be the child's parent or legally recognized guardian to apply on their behalf.
Child's Basic Information
Child's full name, date of birth, and basic household information required for verification.
Qualifying Investment Account
A custodial brokerage or qualifying investment account in the child's name — opened before or during the verification process.
Account Documentation
Basic account details for verification — institution name, account type, and confirmation the account is in the child's name.
Valid Email Address
A working email for our team to contact you throughout the verification process.
Official IRS Document
IRS Form 4547 — Trump Accounts
Access the official IRS form to set up a qualifying Trump Account investment vehicle for your child's enrollment.

Qualifying Account Types
Custodial Brokerage Account
Most common option. Available through Fidelity, Schwab, Vanguard, and others. Opened in the child's name with parent as custodian.
UTMA / UGMA Account
Uniform Transfer or Gift to Minors Act accounts provide flexible custodial investment options for children.
Trust Account
A formally structured trust account held in the child's name qualifies with appropriate documentation.

Is there a cost to enroll?
Enrollment is completely free. KIDS Future Fund does not charge families any fees. The program is funded entirely by donor contributions.
Does my child need an account before I apply?
You can submit your application before opening an account. Our team will guide you through the account opening process during verification. However, funding will not be released until a qualifying account is in place.
Will KIDS Future Fund have access to the investment account?
No. Your family owns and controls the account at all times. KIDS Future Fund contributes funds into verified accounts but has no ongoing access or control over the investments.
How long does verification take?
Standard verification takes 5–10 business days. Veteran family applications are prioritized and typically processed faster. You will be notified at each stage by email.
What age does my child need to be?
We encourage enrollment from infancy through the teenage years. The earlier the better — more time in the market means more compound growth. There is no minimum age requirement.
What if I am a veteran family?
Select "Veteran Family" in the enrollment type above and indicate your status in the form. Children of disabled veterans and fallen service members receive priority enrollment, faster processing, and dedicated support from our team.
