KIDS Future Fund is organized as a nonprofit organization and has applied for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our application is currently pending review by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

501(c)(3) Status Is Pending

KIDS Future Fund does not sell, share, or distribute donor payment information to any third party.

KIDS Future Fund does not and cannot guarantee any specific investment return, growth rate, or account value. Any examples of compound growth used in our educational materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent a promise or projection of actual results.

Past market performance is not indicative of future results. Families should understand that all investments carry inherent risk and that KIDS Future Fund is not responsible for investment performance, market fluctuations, or changes in account value over time.

KIDS Future Fund does not manage, advise on, or direct the investment of funds once deposited into family-owned accounts.

They are solely responsible for all investment decisions made within their child's account.
KIDS Future Fund is not liable for investment losses, tax consequences, or other outcomes related to the account.
