KIDS Future Fund serves children as program beneficiaries, but our website and digital communications are directed at parents and legal guardians β not children directly.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All information about enrolled children is collected from and provided by a parent or legal guardian as part of the enrollment process.
Information about enrolled children β including name, date of birth, and account details β is used exclusively for the purpose of verifying enrollment and disbursing program funds. It is never used for marketing, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or retained beyond the period necessary for program administration.

WPForms (Form Handling)
Enrollment, contact, and newsletter forms are powered by WPForms. Form submissions are stored in our WordPress database and managed in accordance with this privacy policy.
